District Dog’s boutique is host to many unique toys, clothing, treats, bowls, collars and leads, along with a great selection of truly healthy foods. “We are proud to carry so many items handmade by artists from around the country and especially here in Brooklyn”. The boutique is also the showroom for Kaschi Duds an international dog clothing line that was grown in Brooklyn. www.kaschiduds.com We opened District Dog to give Greenpoint’s dog loving neighborhood a place to call there own. The inspiration? A 4 year old Rat Terrier named Emilia, “Our goal is to help build a community for our customers,” It was only a few years ago that all the dog owners new one another ( be it by our dogs names ),but with the explosive growth in population in the last year alone there are just so many new people to meet. We are excited to be holding a variety of classes, fundraisers and events to help us all get to know one another while exploring and introducing a healthy lifestyle for our pets. District Dog will be opening its spa for both Cats and Dogs in early 2008. |
