Shipping & Return

In Store shopping :

  • Masks must be worn at all times (covering your mouth & nose). Children over 2 are required to wear masks.
  • 2 customers are allowed in the shop at a time.
  • Please maintain social distancing (keep 6 ft apart) Look for the dots on the floor.
  • Pets are welcomed but they must be kept on a short leash.
  • We kindly ask that you designate one person per party to come in to the store.
  • If you are not feeling well, please use our delivery services.

Curbside Pick-up:

  • Please wear a mask when picking up your order.
  • You will receive one email to confirm that we received your order, and a second one letting you know the order is “Ready for Pick up.” Estimated packing time is an hour.
  • Orders placed within an hour of closing might not be ready until the next day. Contact us if you need us to be flexible and we might be able to accommodate you.
  • Come pick up your order only once you have received the “Ready for Pick up” email. Use the intercom when you arrive and have your Order Number ready.

Same day delivery:

  • We offer same day delivery to Brooklyn and Queens. (For Manhattan please see shipping)
  • Choose POSTMATES at checkout. You will be charged a fee depending on the destination, we do not add additional fees to Postmates rates.
  • Packages normally leave the shop within 2 hours , waiting times may vary based on Postmates availability.
  • You may order at any time, but orders will only go out during business hours.
  • Orders placed within an hour of closing might not be ready until the next day.
  • Please make sure to provide a working phone number for Postmates to reach you upon arrival.

 Shipping:

  • We offer shipping to all 50 states via UPS and USPS.
  • Choose which ever you prefer based on rates and delivery time at checkout.
  • For the most reliable service please choose UPS.
  • Packages normally leave the store within 24hours. Please be aware orders placed after 5pm on Friday won’t leave until Monday.
  • You will receive a tracking number once we pack up your order.

In store / Pick Up Return Policy:

  • We accept returns of non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase when accompanied with your original receipt.
  • We accept returns of dry food, canned food and packaged treats within 24 hours with your original receipt. Because of safety concerns we can not accept returns of RAW food, Frozen items, Bakery goods.
  • Refunds will be via a credit to the original method of payment.
  • We do not accept returns of any opened/used product.
  • If you have concerns about a perishable item you bought, please contact us via phone 718.710.0707 or email hello@districtdog.com right away, and we will accommodate a solution.

 Shipping/Delivery Return Policy:

  • We do not cover the return cost. Original shipping/delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Should there have been an issue with your shipped package from us, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@districtdog.com. Please include the order number.
